The Brooklyn Adult Learning Center’s Nursing Assistant Program is New York State Education Department approved for those seeking employment as Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA's) in hospitals, nursing homes, hospices and home health agencies. CNA's work directly with patients providing quality patient care. Students must successfully complete the course and clinical to be eligible to take the New York State credentialing examination.

Each software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will require separate classes because of the vastness of functions and skills taught. At the end of each class you will have the ability to gain your Microsoft Office Certification in each program.
